Picking up from its auspicious debut program last year, QCinema's three-day queer film festival—now called, officially, QCinema Pride Film Festival—returns with an exciting selection of acclaimed films.
This year's roster programs seven remarkable films that, according to QCinema artistic director Ed Lejano, "invite us to reflect on diverse experiences across cultures, contexts, and eras in a program that can both provoke and entertain, challenge and soothe, and can come from anywhere in the world."
The film fest takes place from June 24 to 26 at Cinema 17 and Cinema 18, Gateway Mall 2 in Cubao, Quezon City.

QCinema Pride 2026 films
The roster this year features queer films old and new, with Mike Nichol's fascinating queer rom-com, The Birdcage, making it atop the list of titles. This edition also sees Rodina Singh's Dreamboi have a bit of a homecoming after the film's well-chronicled bout with MTRCB's odd regulatory choices. Then there's Kai Stänicke's expressive period drama, Trial of Hein, which bagged the Teddy Jury Award at this year's Berlinale.
