About Unreel
The official general description for this project follows:
Unreel celebrates Filipino cinema and champion the filmmaking talent behind it. We strive to build a definitive Filipino film resource, home to reviews, essays, and analyses of Filipino films (and, occasionally, world cinema).
Our staff have their own bylines, with bios and links you can extract. Here are our editors' bios, for example:
- Armando Dela Cruz, Editor-in-chief
- Geoffrey Ledesma, Growth & Partnerships
Logo Usage
We use a simple, inline type logo. We have three variants: Black, White, and Yellow. Usage should be straightforward: Black on bright background and White on dark background. Designers can use our Yellow logo as long as it's visible on the final material.

We have our logos PNGs uploaded below.
Our colors
Unreel uses a straightforward color palette of golden yellow hues and black-and-white neutrals. Read through for the exact hexcodes we use.

- #F5C518 (Jonquil)
- #F4E4C1 (Dutch white)
- #FFFFFF (White)
- #3E3E3E (Onyx)
- #000000 (Black)
Typefaces
As of 2025, Unreel's brand is represented by three typefaces:
- Bricolage Brotesque — a frantic, distinctive neogrotesque font that we find calls back to the heydays of cinema. It's currently the font we use for our headings. Download the font.
- Crimson Pro — an elegant serif font reminiscent of the classics (we are Caslon babies here at Unreel!). Download the font.
- Graphik Sans — In case you're wondering which font we're using for our logo. We use the 'Super' font weight. Buy the font here.
